All residents (property owners and renters) of Waters Edge should have received a Disclosure Package at the time of sale or rent.

Services and Utilities

Please be aware that trash service is NOT paid for by the association. Each resident must arrange for their own waste disposal.

Home Improvements

Please be aware that any significant property improvements or repairs that change the appearance of your townhome must conform to established architectural guidelines. Generally speaking you may not change the general appearance of your home, such as siding replacement, painting, roofing, window styles, door and trim colors. Any significant property improvements require an approved MPOA Property Improvement Request.

Parking

Parking regulations are very simple and are available on this website. Basically, Water's Edge provides two spaces per residence and these are the only places in the community in which you may park. Residents are not allowed to park in visitor spaces.
