Water's Edge is a sub-association of the Montclair Property Owner's Association (MPOA). Residents become become members of both MPOA and the Water's Edge Townhome Association (WETA), supporting both associations through annual dues which are used to maintain streets and common property and sponsor community events.
The Water's Edge Townhome Association is a nine-member board of townhome owners who meet monthly and administer community guidelines and oversee common property maintenance. Members are elected by the community to serve one-year or three-year terms.
